If you need to bring a companion, carer, assistant or guider with you to the show to maximise your enjoyment, then they will be admitted free of charge. You'll just need some proof of disability to display when you arrive at the show.
Guide, assistance and hearing dogs are admitted into the show. However, assistance dogs are not allowed into the Cat Village or Small Furry Village for the welfare of both the animals already at the show and the assistance dogs. We will provide a guide to any guest attending the show who would like to visit these areas with a guide to assist them. Please notify the Box Office when you book your tickets if you are planning on bringing your assistance dog with you.
All disabled visitors attending the National Pet Show are advised to inform the Box Office operators at the time of booking tickets if they have any special requirements, including their carers attendance.
